Blue Fuzzy-Wuzzy.. or the perils of novelty yarn

This is the blue Fuzzy Wuzzy (no other name can suit!), made for a friend after I happened to purchase some novelty yarn in a weak moment at the wool shop. It’s not hard to see why the yarn isn’t really that versatile. I can’t imagine wearing a scarf in this material or a blue fuzzy table runner on my table. I started off working in the round with some nameless indeterminate goal (probably none). If you start progressively reducing the stitches, the circle starts working upwards and becomes a tube. I proceeded with the tube for a few desultory hours, and soon figured out that the only way out was a Fuzzy Wuzzy- and here it is in all its fuzzy glory.  The eyes are stolen from a stuffed toy that my dog obligingly ripped to shreds- I had to remove the eyes before I gave it to him.
